When I set up my new business, we spent time discussing ways that Peter felt he could help, be it connections or putting work my way. I was honoured when Peter asked me to grow plants for Chelsea Flower Show in 2021, especially given his personal connection to a Verbena he named after his late wife, Margaret. So when I discovered his passion for Sweet Peas and saw him fall in love with this new variety, I felt it was only right to name it ‘Peter Seabrook’ as a way of expressing my sincere thanks.’
